6/1/23 9:30am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 258: I note that the armoire is sturdy, with some light evidence of old woodworm, light spotting to surface, some small rubs/ loss to gilt at edges, the mirror plates are both intact with no apparent chips or cracks, small vertical line to veneer at left side, slight separation to back panel, all wear commensurate with age and use, I observe that the interior drawers operate smoothly at this time.
