6/1/23 9:30am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 212: I note the commode is sturdy, with some evidence of old woodworm, top with some fill to separation, possible later hardware as there are small filled holes at center of current handles, I observe that the drawers operate at this time, and are only slightly tight, the case with light surface wear and small nicks, right side panel with some separation, all commensurate with age and use.
