6/5/23 1:25pm - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 201: I note the bureau plat is sturdy, the glass top is intact with no apparent chips, the inset leather top with fading, patination, spotting, some impressions and scratches, and light surface wear, commensurate with age and use, the wood frame with some light rubs and light evidence of old woodworm, I observe that the drawers operate at this time, but would likely benefit from a bit of wax to facilitate smoother movement.
