5/25/23 9:00am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 195: As described, (one) chair is lacking half of its’ stretcher, see images, I note that all chair frames are sturdy, the upholstery appears overall intact with some varying degrees of thread pulls, with some chairs having more significant pulls at the sides, some light fading to fabric, typical surface wear and finish loss at legs and feet, all commensurate with age and use, I observe that they sit well with the cushions being a bit bouncy.
