Two Chinese blue and white floral chargers, the first having a prunus branch on the interior and bamboo fronds on the exterior, with no apparent mark; the second decorated with lotus scrollwork and hibiscus flowers on the interior, andbats on the exterior, having a four character seal mark.

Approximate dimensions: Larger dia. 14.25"; smaller dia. 10.75".

Examined under blacklight. Both with scattered glaze imperfections. The smaller piece having a 1/4" chip to rim and a l. 6" area of roughness at the rim. No cracks or losses noted. The larger is heavy for its size with a l. 12" area of lighter blue in the band at the rim, no chips cracks or losses noted.
