American Rococo Carved Rosewood Armoire, 19th c., probably from the shop of noted purveyor Prudent Mallard, New Orleans, arched cornice, floral and grape carved frieze, turreted sides with barber pole carving, conforming mirror doors, divided maple interior, carved molded base with two drawers, bracket feet, h. 111 in., w. 59 on., d. 22 in. Provenance: The Schoenberger Collection, 1812 Palmer Avenue, New Orleans.
