Uzbek Embroidered Silk Suzani, Early-Mid 20th C.Large wall hanging, suzani, of tabby woven silk with embroidery in silk thread in a pattern of large rosettes and floral bouquets. The ground cloth has two narrow areas of white ikatted warp. Provenance: Ex. Roger Hollander collection. Size: 8'1'' x 6'4'' (246 x 193 cm).
