Italian School: Study of a Column and Capital; and Architectural Detail

Two ink and wash on paper, unsigned, one variously inscribed at bottom.

8 x 8 1/2 in. (sight), 16 1/2 x 17 1/2 in. (frame), 16 1/4 x 9 3/4 in. (sheet), 25 x 18 1/2 in. (frame).

Condition

Both with staining and soiling. The Detail with tack holes at the corners, creasing and surface scuffs. Not examined out of frame.

Not withstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
