Continental, late 18th or early 19th century. Two life size patinated bronze sculptures of the Egyptian King Menthuophis and Queen Nitocris after Emile Picault (French, 1883-1915), each with decorated headdress and jewels, both carrying a small sculpture in hand, rising on square bases; ht. 69, wd. 16, dp. 12 inches. Overall good condition. Patina consistent throughout with age. Foundry mark to the rear of base of T over A.
