Hand painted with a perfectly realistic representation of a flower from Denmark based on 18th century copper plate illustrations.Beautifully painted on the exterior of blossoming flower, with gilded rim, and flanked by two gilded handles on the sides. Marks on the base, including 'Chrysanthemum Segetum.' Marks are of green crown, and blue waves, with shape number 3571, and pattern number 20.
