George III sterling silver stuffing spoons, 2, the first with maker's mark of William Bateman I, London, 1817; the other Scottish with maker's mark of James McKay, Edinburgh, 1817, in the fiddle and thread pattern, engraved with the crest and motto of Sinclair of Dumbeath, "Via Cruces Via Luces" [The way of the Cross is the way of the Light]. Total Weight: 8.55 ozt; each: 12.5" L.
