Description
A delicately pierced, polychrome with gold tracery, lidded bowl, flower design with flower finial on lid, made by Zsolnay Pecs, circa 1885, and probably designed by Tade Sikorski as part of the scarse Rose Trellis series, marked on bottom in blue ink stamp mark used between 1878-1900, incised pattern no. "1988", "MM"and with partial paper label still affixed , size 6 1/2 in. diameter x 3 5/8 in. tall, condition is excellent.
