This is a large collection of Chicago and Northwestern Railroad artifacts from the collection of Charles F. Felzer. Mr. Felzer began working for the CNW on April 29, 1903. He saved all of his papers, books, tickets, passes from 1906 and later, employee passes from 1903 and later, and more. CNW Veterans Association cards, Brother of Railroad Trainmen dues cards, payroll check stubs, photos of train accidents, trainmen’s reports, employee bulletins, time return and delay reports, World War II ration coupons, all of Mr. Felzer’s employee books, and his leather bound timetable cover, personalized with his name. It includes an employee timetable from the CNW Wisconsin Division, #404, dated 11/15/1936, and a Lake Shore Division employee timetable #96, dated 11/15/1936. An amazing collection!
