*NO SHIPPING! - PICKUP OR BUYER THIRD PARTY TRANSPORT ONLY* Large 8 ft wide leaded glass sign that with a green slag glass field with the word ELECTRIC in 3D white leaded glass letters. This is one of 2 signs that were either in a store front or back to back in a sign can. The other sign is the previous lot. The white letters are highly unusual in that they are block letters that are constructed in a way that makes them raised off the field of the sign. This 3 dimensional construction makes the letters "pop". Our leaded glass people have said that in 40 years of business they had never seen a sign like this before. A wood frame has been built for each sign for stabilization, display, and transportation. There are numerous cracks to the green glass field but it is all intact. Other than a recently being discovered in a Chicago garage, no further provenance is available. The DELUXE sign 2 lots previous to this came from the same location. Sign without wood frame measures 98" wide, 14" tall. The white letters measure 12" tall.
