Victorian gilt metal and silverplate tea caddy, possibly Elkington, Mason and Company, classical figural scenes in relief to all sides, including top scene after Peter Paul Rubens "The Tiger Hunt," and front after (possibly) Anthony van Dyck "Drunken Silenus supported by Satyr," cherubs to back and sides, hinged lid opening to mirrored and pierced interior, fitted with two engraved and scalloped lid tea canisters, rising on integral plinth base, canisters hallmarked underfoot with a C M arrow crossed swords and crown, approx 6 7/8"h, 7.25"w, 5 1/8"d, 5.25lbs (for shipping purposes only) **Provenance: A prominent Houstonian's River Oaks Estate** Start Price: $200.00
