Description
Two antique or vintage Chinese or Tibetan bronzes of Buddhist deities including bronze figure of Tara, inely cast, seated in dhyanasana over a double-lotus base, her hands held in varada and vitarka mudras, surmounted by a foliate tiara and flanked by flowers on either side (7" H x 5.5" W x 4.5 D) and a bronze figure of an un-identified deity seated over a double lotus base below a mandala ( 7.75"H x 4.75"W x 4"D)
Condition
Figure of tara with dents and surface scratches, only faint trace of gilding left, as well as traces of red pigments, the bronze with the mandala with extensive wear and some holes at the base.
