A large grouping of antique English sterling silver items including an antique English silver dish, Sheffield sterling silver hallmarks, maker's mark for Mappin & Webb and letter date for 1885, as well as the Victorian Duty mark. Also inscribed " Mappin &Webb, London - Sheffield, Sterling" ( 2"H x 9.25" in diameter.Weight: 18.26 troy Oz. or 568.3g), two antique English silver footed compotes, both reticulated. The larger one with scalopped edges and Birmingham hallmarks, letter date for 1909, maker's mark " WDR", the other one with Birmingham hallmarks, letter date for 1914, maker's mark of " WA"(largest one 3.75"H x 10.25" in diameter, Weight for both: 22.7 troy Oz. or 706g), a delicate hal-barrel form footed hinged box, Birmingham hallmarks, letter date for 1902, maker's marks for Mappin & Webb ( Weight: 11.75 Troy Oz or 365g, 2.5"H x 7.25"W x 3.75"D) , a pair of cur glass and sterling silver perfume bottles, London hallmarks, letter date for 1922, maker's mark for Charles Mappin ( 4.5"H x 3.25" in diameter), and a silver mounted crystal inkwell, Birmingham hallmarks, maker's marks of Adie Bros. ( 3"H x 5"W x 3.5"D)
