4/17/23 11:25am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 721: We have two keys currently with the piece; however, the small key for the interior cabinets/ drawers is lacking. As described, this piece is with some typical restorations. I note the vargueno is sturdy and operational, some evidence of old woodworm, surface wear, scratching, light wood loss, veneer loss, patination to metal accents, wear/ loss to fabric accents, some wear around the top lock hinge, all wear commensurate with age and use, one interior door is locked, but all other interior doors and drawers operate correctly at this time, I observe that the bottom drawers operate at this time but would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement.
