5/4/23 10:00am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 255: As described, there is evidence of old woodworm throughout, I also note some fill, separation to top panels and front right door, some spotting and surface wear throughout commensurate with age and use, the sideboard is sturdy, center drawer sits slightly uneven, left drawer is lacking lock plate with later added hardware, I observe all drawers operate smoothly at this time.
