4/25/23 10:05am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 218: I note the commode is sturdy, the marble top is intact with some typical small fleabite chips along the back edge, the drawer fronts display some light warping, tonal variation, light veneer loss and lifting, surface wear, scratching, and spotting, as commensurate with age and use, I note the escutcheons are likely later added as there are visible marks from previous hardware, I observe that the drawers do currently operate at this time, though would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement.
