4/17/23 9:40am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 140: I note the upholstery is intact with no apparent rips or tears, some spotting and staining, light paint loss to frame, light evidence of old woodworm, all commensurate with age and use, the frames are sturdy and the chairs sit well, but do sink in a bit.
