Description

Sterling Silver & crystal inkwell London 1876, made by Frederick Brasted, a silversmith registered in 1862. The lid is decorated with the head of a warrior, silver hallmarked clear at the top, embossed flowers & scroll design. Measures 5 3/4 inches tall with the plate/tray. The tray measures 9 3/4 inches in diameter and approximately weight 700 grams. The crystal inkwell shows breakage at the top and chips at the base.
