Description

(Nifty, 1920s) A rare hand-painted Felix the Cat wind-up tin toy. Made in Germany for the Nifty Toy Company, this is one of the first Felix Toys produced and captures his famous "hands behind his back" walk. When wound, Felix walks by waddling from side to side. Measuring 4.5"x7" tall, the toy is in good condition, with light oxidation, and spots of wear to the paint including some large chips from the head and face.
