Description
A rare and highly collectible silver Judaica Besamim spice box from the late 18th century. Of rectangular form, the surface is decorated with low relief floral patterns. The removable part on top has holes for pouring spices. Unmarked but tested for fine silver. The Besamim is a spice box used during a Jewish ritual Havdalah, at the end of the holy Sabbath.
