Description
Mystery Artist (20th Century, or possibly earlier). A cast bronze bust statue. A Neoclassical figural work in dark brown patinated bronze depicting the Greco Roman god Mercury (Hermes), god of luck and other attributes. Modeled in a striking Art Nouveau style with winged Roman style helmet with plumage. No apparent signature. Presented on a bronze gold washed base plinth.
Dimensions: 18 X 5.25 X 5.25 in.
Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear. Estate fresh to the market.
