An antique glazed majolica art pottery figural Toby Jug pitcher vessel. A whimsical animal study depicting a wide eyed pug dog, with open mouthed "begging" expression and single tooth, and modeled with collar and tag. Large rounded handle to back. A popular Victorian and Edwardian subject. No apparent signature or backstamp.

Dimensions: 10.5 X 5.5 X 8.5 in.

Condition: Good overall condition having mild age related surface wear. Estate fresh to the market.
