all items are part of an estate auction. All sales are final, all items are sold as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Your bid is a binding contract by North Carolina law. Any non paying bidders will be flagged as non paying bidders and restricted from using our auction platform. Most of this auction, we can in house pack and ship. Pay your item invoice and stand by for a shipping invoice as that following Monday we began packing 4 days worth of items. If your Item is to large or fragile for us to pack we will let you know. Packing and Shipping an entire auction takes time do not rush us, if you are in a hurry come and pick your items up.
