This is an antique needlework sampler completed on March 13th, 1843 by Martha Leach. The ornate and skillful sampler features a spiritual poem and a floral border framing birds, butterflies, and a large bouquet.

The frame is 15 1/8 x 15 1/4" and the sight is 12 3/8 x 12 3/8".

Condition

Toning and some discoloration Scattered small holes as pictured.
