All items off-site must be picked up by confirmed online appointment on TUESDAY, MARCH 28th, or WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29th by appointment only.

Any off-site item not picked up by MARCH 29th will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for the item(s) to be transported to the auction-house for the fee of $25-$50 per item. NO EXCEPTIONS!

- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT PHYSICALLY ASSIST WITH REMOVING LOTS FROM THE PROPERTY.
- ANY ITEM AFFIXED TO THE HOME IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE/REMOVE (chandeliers, doors, appliances, etc).
