A ceramic vessel
Circa 1000-1400 CE; Colombia/Ecuador
The ceramic jar with lug handles and wide rimmed spout, with spots of black fire clouding
11" H x 9.5" Dia.
Provenance: Purchased from Clavia: Arte Indigena Precolobinos, Bogota, Colombia, 1978

Other Notes: This lot is accompanied by a copy of a sales receipt from Clavia gallery dated June 15, 1978.
Condition
Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, inherent firing flaws, and weathering commensurate with age and use. A 1.5" area of loss to surface pigments on one handle.
