Reeve died June 1897 aged 75', finger size O, a 9ct enamel and split pearl memorial ring, with split pearl pansy to the centre, to scrolled panel shoulders, shank inset with plaited hair, engraved to the inside of the band 'A. Mc.D.', Chester 1889, finger size P, a 15ct gold five stone enamel and diamond band ring, with a row of five rose cut diamonds, two stones deficient, grain set to square offset collets, to the enamel head, to plain tapered shank, marked 15ct, a 9ct gold memorial or love token ring, the shield design head engraved with monogram, to 'Regard' band with alternating letters and woven hair panels, one letter panel and four woven hair sections deficient, Chester 1889, finger size P, and a gold memorial band ring, the centre inset section deficient, tested as approximately 18ct. 9ct 6.63g (2),15ct 3.00g (2),18ct 0.94g (1) Condition Report: Pansy ring (1): cut-out section in the underside is missing the hair panel. Some damage to the enamel, especially to the ring head. Join lines visible to the shoulders. Pansy ring (2): damage to the enamel. Inset woven hair section is dirty. Various scratches and marks. Rose cut diamond ring: two stones deficient, damage to the enamel, scratches and marks. Plain band: misshapen shank, approximately J. In poor condition.
