Hardcover bound in black leather and yellow cloth and housed in a matching clamshell box with a small inset photograph behind a sliding panel on the front of the lid. Features more than 600 rare/unpublished photographs by Rock photographer Cooper. Extremely rare copy signed by Andy Warhol, who died in 1987 as the book was being assembled (there are perhaps as few as 20). Also signed by contributors Adam Cooper, Allen Jones, Bill Wyman, Peter Blake, Eric Clapton, Colin Self, Ann Marshall, Billy Al Bengston, Craig Kauffman, and John Dunbar on the limitation page.
