This great ball has been signed by multiple players that appear to span several seasons. Some of the names include Dave Farmer, Craig Fertig, Gary Jeter, Dan Morovick, Glen Walker and many more. These players are from the 1960s and 1970s. Additional history of this ball was provided by our client and is as follows: Signed by John McKay, USC Football Coach who won 4 National NCAA Titles with USC. McKay was USC’s coach from 1960-1975. McKay then moves to the NFL to coach for the expansion team, The Buccaneers. In the Fall of 1970 USC played Alabama in a game that proved historic. USC’s team was racially integrated while Alabama was not. USC won the game with a number of Black star players. This game inspired books and documentaries. It is also said to have pushed Alabama to integrate their team.
