Description
These two great pieces are believed to be of Japanese origin. The lady is called Otafuku Mixing Colors originally from the Edo Period (1615-1868) and is by woodblock artist Sibata Zeshin. The other is signed by the artist and is a landscape of a small island with a man fishing. Artist unidentified. Each measures15.5" x 12.5" and 10" x 10"
Condition
Both appear to be in very good display condition. Zeshin piece has a couple water drop stains, the other has some paper toning.
