Neville Finger Lamp: Brass, patented Nov. 23, 1865, Napanee, Ontario. Pet ratchet burner. Nickel plate lamp filler, long spout with cap and chain, pump at scroll handle. Copper funnel with spring-loaded handle with a sieve at top of funnel tube, used to remove impurities in coal oil. Lamp filler marked, “Manning Bowman Quality/MERIDEN, CONN./20”, under base. Brass Finger Lamp: good condition. Neville Finger Lamp: some denting, light corrosion. Lamp Filler: good condition, undamaged with some minute wear to finish. Funnel: good condition.
