Item/Description: Signed Czechoslovakia Bohemian hand-blown art glass vase. Referred to as Kralik Seaweed or Kralik Bambus, or bamboo. Ribbed body fluted conical shape. Translucent off white with golden brown organic designs resembling pulled leaves of seaweed. Etched stamp on base: Czechoslovakia.

This vase is attributed to the famed Wilhem Kralik Söhne glass-works founded in the Austria-Bohemia region of eastern Europe in 1815 and makers of high quality art glass through 1933. Though the name Kralik does not appear on its glass, the company used a distinctive "Czechoslovakia" mark, ca. 1919-1933: an arched acid stamp, with the two letter Os split down the center.

Condition: Very Good. Free of damage, chips, crazing. Surface use and age wear includes staining to inside of vase
