This vibrant 1880s Square In A Square quilt top is precisely hand pieced and totally hand stitched. Made from a wide variety of florals, stripes, paisleys, checks, plaids, chintz and calicos cotton. There are 120 blocks.
This quilt top satisfies any antique fabric lover's desire for color and pattern.

APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS
Quilt top measures 101" x 83". Blocks measuring varies 8-1/2" x 8-1/2" inches square.

CONDITION
The condition is very good, no shredding or rips, few age discoloration spots in a few blocks, and one repair patch at corner.
I have not laundered this quilt top, in as found condition. This quilt top would make a great visual wall hanging.
