This lot consists of a framed oil painting on canvas, done in the modern art style of Alberto Giacometti (Swiss, 1901-1966). Image depicts a black man with penetrating brown eyes, rendered almost entirely in grey scale and ripe with artistic flourish. A hand-painted inscription at lower right reads, "Alberto Giacometti." This haunting portrait would be a strong supplement to any collection. Framed dimensions approximately 22" x 17.5".

Overall fair condition. Frame remains structurally sound, with little to no evidence of wear or aesthetic damage. The painting itself is rich and bold, showing great texture and little to no cosmetic issues.
