Request, or order, that the deserters from military units in Mexico City be sent to the 9th battalion as a punishment. The officers in Mexico City asked hat their deserters who had been apprehended be returned to their units, but the Ministry of War wants to punish them and increase the forces in the 9th battalion, which was residing in Texas at the time. This document also explains the procedure to follow depending on where the deserter was apprehended, after general D. Vicente Filisola made a query on this matter. OCLC locates just two copies, at the University of California Berkeley and Brigham Young University.
