31. FAMOUS FACES 1880s PAPER DOLLS AND OLD PHOTOS. Four famous paper dolls, 3 1/2" to 6 1/2" tall with beautiful costumes, including Princess Irene of Hesse (has repaired neck), young Prince Frederick Wilhelm (paper doll is not original), young Princess Louise, and Prince Albert (missing tip of left foot on doll and also on one costume); Late 1800s by WS&B, in good condition and as noted. Lot includes several old photos as follows: 4"x6" picture of Prince Adalbert and Prince August Wilhelm (top and bottom rolls up), 4"x6" mother with 7 children (magazine cutout with information in German on the back of it; fair condition), two 2 1/2" x 4" original pictures by A&G Taylor, photographer to the Queen, with additional information on back. And one 8" x 11" magazine page of royal family. Good/fair condition and as noted. Estimate: $120/300
