(5) Belmont & Saratoga Winning Circle photo of "Carlyn Sarah", named after his daughter, who is shown, 1958-1961; PLUS June 1944 "Wise Decision" at Delaware Park; PLUS Feb 28, 1950, 'Risking" at Belmont Park; the Brooklyn Handicap at Aqueduct, July 14, 1951 with "Palestinian" for $50,000; PLUS "Baacrb" in the New York Handicap at Belmont Park on Sept 25, 1954, for $25,000; PLUS a goup of about 30 photos at the track, 1947 Belmont program, two framed photos (one of Bieber with his Cessna), and a loose photo of him in Marine uniform. Generally good condition.The silverplate is a 13 1/2" round compote engraved "Winner Dade County Pharmaceutical Aux. Purse, Tropical Park, 1-11-58". The 26" x 11" tray is engraved "The Turf Riders Ladies Purse, Winner Carlyn Sarah, Tropical Park, Jan 7, 1960".Bieber was a WWI Marine veteran, who later opened a ticket agency opposite the Metropolitan Opera House, then located at Broadway and 39th Street in Manhattan. He developed his passion as a thoroughbored horse owner and trainer and in 1940 started a movement that led to the organization of a national horsemen's protective association,
