Description
An original patented 1899 adjustable boxing platform with iron bracket in excellent original condition showing normal wear and a 4" crack in the top piece of wood by the bracket. Also included is a vintage Reach leather punching bag with busted stitching. Provenance is the boxing platform came from a blacksmith shop in Winthrop, NY and is believed to have been used by John L. Sullivan (the last bare knuckle champion boxer). The printed consigner letter is included in this lot. 38" x 44" x 33"h.
