Large Wooden Sign, Dr. C.O. Sahler Sanitarium, Kingston, NY. Vintage sign has a rich patina and distressed look, black and gold with signs of wear. Charles Oliver Sahler was a noteworthy physician and surgeon, who was born in 1854 and established the Sanitarium in the 1900s. An interesting history full of local celebrities and lore. Backside has same text but in hauntingly faint white Gothic lettering.
