Description
Pair of 19th Century porcelain spill vases in the form of tree trunks, abutted by a gentleman and lady with "nodding" birds. Nodding mechanisms marked 8123 and 8587, porcelain apparently unsigned. Dimensions: H 8.5" x W 6" x D 5" Condition: In very good antique condition overall. Old chip and loss to wing of one bird; a few small chips to flower petals on trunks. A couple tiny flea bites to vase rims and openings for nodding mechanisms; some rubbing to painted decoration.

All the items in this auction remain at our Annex Gallery in Bridgeport, CT for pickup or shipping. Items must be picked up or shipped in the time frame of Monday, March 13th - Friday, March 17th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS.
