Harvey horror stories exported to Mexico to terrify our neighbors. In one nutty yarn, a mad scientist has a "beef" with society and attacks civilization with a herd of killer cows. In English it's amusing enough, but translated into funnybook Spanish, it's sublime. The uncredited cover may have been inspired by Wally Wood's hit-and-run cover to Shock SuspenStories #4 (Aug.-Sept., 1952).
