Spine stress, tiny chip and 1/4" nick to top spine, tiny nick to bottom spine, corner creases, scrape with paper breaks affecting front cover and 1st two pages (between "C" and "R" in "CRYPT"), a few lesser scratches to front cover, soil spot to bottom spine of covers and some pages, ink note to margin of one page: "Glint (?) Journal Hospital / AC 100 4 Main office." Cream to off-white pages. Cover: Jack Davis. Plots and scripts: Bill Gaines and Al Feldstein. Art: Jack Davis, George Evans, Jack Kamen, Graham Ingels. Features Feldstein and Ingels' adaptation of Ray Bradbury's "There Was an Old Woman." GPAnalysis: A 3.5 sold for $288 in 5/21.
