A dynamic watercolor painting on board by Michigan based artist and gallerist Ray Frost Fleming. A fantastic abstract piece that boasts beautiful blues, and ravishing reds. Original gallery tag on verso from Robert Kidd Gallery. Dimensions: 52.5 in tall, 64.75 in wide, and 1.5 in deep (framed). In very good vintage condition. Ray Frost Fleming was a Cranbrook Academy of Art graduate, notable studio artist, and owner of the Robert Kidd Gallery in Birmingham, Michigan. He was known for an impeccable eye for 20th century design. In the early 1980s, the gallery's exhibition and archive spaces were expanded by renowned architect Irving Tobocman, and fitted with custom gallery interiors by Kidd. Ray Frost Fleming's art can be found in many notable private and public collections.
