A pair of Queen Anne-style mahogany armchairs attributed to Gillows, A pair of Queen Anne-style mahogany armchairs attributed to Gillows, late 19th century, each with a shield back and shepherd's crook arms, raised on knee-carved cabriole supports terminating in claw and ball feet, bearing a stamped number beneath, with a needlepoint-upholstered drop-in seat, 62cm wide 58cm deep 89cm high (2) Condition Report: General surface wear and scratches. General light knocks and small dents. Some light fading and discolouration. Fading to the seats. Springs and joints sound and solid. Overall appear in fairly good structural and cosmetic condition.
