This is a Metropolitan Museum of Art sunflower brooch based on a trading card in the Burdick Collection of ephemera at the Met. The sunflower can be found in much artwork throughout the museum and is considered a joyful flower. The brooch has a 24K gold overlay, hand enameled and Swarovski elements. Brooch measures approx 3.25" L x 2 .25" W. Comes with original box. Good condition. See photos.
