Group of Three English Boxes, 19th c., one a sewing box of sarcophagus shape with a top pin cushion, opening to a divided interior over a long side drawer, H.- 6 in., W.- 9 1/4 in., D.- 5 78 in.; a circular carved mahogany box with brass mounts and a circular carved ivory mount on the lid, H.- 5 in., Dia.- 6 7/8 in.; and a decorated example, the gilt top with a print of Filippo Lippi's "Madonna and Child with Two Angels," H.- 8 1/2 in., W.- 2 in. Provenance: from the Estate of Dr. Peter Elwood Dorsett, New Orleans, Louisiana. (3 Pcs.)
